About Arthur Wolk

World-renowned aviation attorney Arthur Wolk has won close to $1 billion in settlements and verdicts during the last decade for the victims of airline disasters. Founding partner of The Wolk Law Firm in Philadelphia, Arthur Wolk has focused his practice on aviation litigation for more than 35 years. At his firm, Arthur Wolk employs some of the most experienced and promising lawyers in the industry.

Arthur Wolk works alongside former commercial airline pilot Philip J. Ford, who was a line captain and chief pilot for regional carriers and a previous flight instructor and check airman. Before being hired by Arthur Wolk, Philip J. Ford led a distinguished career flying corporate jets, including Learjets, Cessna Citation jets, and Dassault Falcon Jets, throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Philip J. Ford brings years of aviation experience to Arthur Wolk’s firm, having acquired more than 10,000 hours’ flight time in a wide variety of aircrafts, such as turbo props and reciprocating engine planes. Philip J. Ford graduated with his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Southern Florida before joining Arthur Wolk’s practice.

Bradley J. Stoll graduated with a Juris Doctor from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, as did Arthur Wolk, before Stoll was hired at The Wolk Law Firm. As an associate attorney for Arthur Wolk, Bradley J. Stoll practices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey’s state and federal courts. Bradley J. Stoll has successfully argued product liability cases for Arthur Wolk’s law firm, as well as commercial claims involving aviation fuel and fraudulent pre-purchase inspections. One of the most prominent legal disputes Bradley J. Stoll has won while working for Arthur Wolk resulted in general aviation lawsuits being kept at the state court level in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Arthur Wolk appointed Cynthia M. Devers to his litigation team in 2008 after the former The Wolk Law Firm clerk graduated from Rutgers School of Law. Before joining Arthur Wolk’s air law attorneys, Cynthia M. Devers graduated magna cum laude from Rowan University. Already, Cynthia M. Devers has triumphantly managed a varied caseload for Arthur Wolk that includes an Owatonna, Minnesota, Cessna jet accident caused by icing problems that killed several passengers.
